Are you using the MediaCreationTool.exe? Note that 25H2 just dropped a few days ago.

*Download the Windows_11.iso first

Flyby11 Classic:
Extract Flyby11_classic.zip to a Flyby11_classic folder
Run \Flyby11_classic\Flyby11.exe
Click "Start Upgrade Now!"
Click "More options..." > "Select from computer"
Browse to the Windows 11.iso (Ex. Windows11_25H2x64.iso)
Click Open
Click OK
Close Flyby11
Click No (donate)
