    Need help IDing device

My cousin tripped a breaker in our apartment and it was the circuit my PC was on. Now when I boot up I get the system trying to install a multimedia audio device that it can't find the drivers for but it fails no matter what I try. Can someone help me ID what got knocked loose in the power outage?

    Put VEN_10De for vendor and
    DEV_0059 for device.

    Hope it helps.

Post the make and model of the motherboard, assuming that you don't have an add-in sound card.

What audio and multimedia devices are showing correctly in Device Manager? Is your SoundBlaster in there correctly? Is your sound currently working?

You could try reinstalling the motherboard chipset drivers, I've known Device Manager misidentify some motherboard components as all sorts of odd things in the past.

lol. ok. I'll actually check the BIOS first on next reboot. Maybe the power outage confused the BIOS and it reactivated something shut off like onboard sound.
