future of HP computers ?
We all know HP is getting out of hardware business ? I bought a premium HP laptop three months back. It has two yr warranty. But, what is the future of HP hardwares .... It is getting out of tablets, is laptop coming next ?

The board of HP is expected to decide by the end of this year whether to split off its PC arm, which started selling the TouchPad in July, into a separate company, a move it considers the "best for shareholders," Reuters reported.

I don't think we will see a similar firesale on Windows-based desktops and laptops....but perhaps some nice smaller sales for Christmas time. HP is still making a profit on those devices, but the touchpads were dead in the water with WebOS. They had to dump them...

This is good news .. I always bought HP laptops but hate its printers... These new printers detect anything as duplicate but original cartridges. I would love to see HP shed its printer business.... Now I buy only brother printers...paying 20 dollars for 20 cent ink is too much
