Inserting .pps Photos into PowerPoint 2007?

I know how to insert .pps photos into PowerPoint 2003 but is there a way to do the same thing with PowerPoint 2003?

Also, I wrote a thread on this with PowerPoint 2003 about 2 years back. How can I find all my past threads? I clicked on my name, but from there I can't find a "my past threads" link.

    Thanks,
    Mike

Click on your name and chose "find all posts" that should find all you've posted.

Could you explain more about your problem? You seem to have said you know how to insert .pps into PowerPoint 2003, but want to know how to do this in PowerPoint 2003?

That must of been a "typo" on my part. I now have PowerPoint 2007 and would like take photos from .pps file (ones you get in your email) and insert then into a PP 2007 presentation. I can do it easily with PP 2003 on my work laptop, then copy a photo and use it for a background. But, I can't figure out if it can be done with PP 2007.

    Thank,
    Mike

    What happens if ...
When you have the .pps open in PowerPoint, right-click any one of the photos and select Copy. Start a new PowerPoint presentation and Paste the copied photo in.

When I left click on a .pps file I don't have that option. In PP 03, I have the insert option and browse for the .pps file and choose that file to insert. PP 07 does not have that option under insert.

    I'll keep trying.

    1. Start your Microsoft PowerPoint program.

    2. Open your .pps file in PowerPoint.

    3. Scroll up|down to the image you want.

    4. Right-click that image, then select "Copy".
Now you should be able to "Paste" that copied image into whatever program you like, (MSPaint, a new PowerPoint, ...).
