Hi docs. A friend of mine just bought a new printer and the printing is really tiny!!! Her previous printer was also printing very small. Is there a way to fix this? She is running Windows XP on an older PC (Dell, I think.)

She was running an HPDeskjet(?) 5100 series printer before and now has an HP Photosmart 5520 All-in-One. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks. Steve
