Samsung 22” T22A350 settings locked?
I’m using the Samsung 22” T22A350 Series 3 LED monitor with Windows 7. This monitor is about 3 years old.
When I open the menu it read analog locked and auto adjusts locked. The only part I can adjust is contrast…no brightness. I would think it would read digital like my old ViewSonic. Also, I can’t adjust the color or Magic Bright.
I’ve downloaded the manual for this model and it shows a remote which I don’t recall receiving with this monitor. Also, my Samsung TV remote won’t work with this monitor.
I do play COD MW3 and the graphics are great and seem to be hi-def.…no problems with that as the graphics have excellent detail. My graphics card is a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti. The monitor is set at true color (32bit). I’m running an Intel Core i7 CPU 870 @ 2.93GHz.
I love my Samsung DED TV’s but can’t say much for this monitor. Even the tilt on this Samsung monitor is very limited.
Is there any software for this monitor I can download to change the settings? Also, is there a graphics card around $100-$150 that would make a substantial difference with IE or Mozilla is that just a monitor quality issue?
Lastly, has there been much improvement in monitors in the last few years?
Thanks,
Mike
