    Need help IDing device

    My cousin tripped a breaker in our apartment and it was the circuit my PC was on. Now when I boot up I get the system trying to install a multimedia audio device that it can't find the drivers for but it fails no matter what I try. Can someone help me ID what got knocked loose in the power outage?
