Well, you have very small hard drive.
30GB is a very small drive, especially with Vista.
After a while of usage, updates and so on, only Windows folder will take 15-20GB.

Start with moving some data (pictures, movies, etc.)
Uninstall programs, you don't use.

At some point, you'll need bigger drive anyway...
