    Angry Wireshark virus

This one is nasty, nasty, nasty!!! Something called Wireshark Anti-Virus has invaded my computer. It's all very official and slick looking and has everything tied up and unuseable. It performs a "scan" and "finds" several "infections" that MUST be cleaned! Of, course the only way to do that is to purchase their software! I can't delete it because I can't open the add/delete feature, AntiMalware Bytes and SuperAntivirusSpyware can't be loaded either. I'm stuck as to what to do. Help. help, help!!!
ps. IE is the only browser that will start, but I'm wondering if that is their method of spreading the virus?
