VHS to DVD for home movies.
What do I need to copy in this way? I have many VHS that I have recorded from 10 years ago to the present and would like to put them on DVD.
Should I go ask at Frys or Best Buy? Should I buy a unit that has both units in one unit? Should I get one of those DVD Movie Writer DC3000 with USB?
How do you hook these things up, VHS to Burner to PC via USB and burn to hard drive first or what?
What about the unit with the 2 in 1? Is this a straight copy with no editing?
What is a good brand or the best way to edit out some stuff?

That link has something to do with video cards and I did not see anything there about using a DVD burner to use with a VHS for transferring to the DVD.
Am I dumb?
