    O2K - forwarding multipe emails - 1 message

    Greetings gang.

I'm using W98se and have a bit of a stumper compiling a new email via O2K...

    OUTLOOK 2000 (TEXT EDITTING: WORD 2000 )
Wanting to find a way to attach/insert 2 or more separate email messages (which are archived in outlook) to a new email message.

Do I need to create temporary *.msg files for attachment, or is there a more straightford method?

As forwarded emails are received as attachments (*.msg.msg attachments I believe), I would simply need to use the forward function for just one file attachment, but wondering how to do so with multiple forwards via one new email message.

    TIA...

Some additional information might be helpful. Are you attempting to automate this process so it can run unattended? Is it a one-time problem? You can always just copy and paste the e-mails you want to forward into one Word document and then forward that, but I can't help thinking that you have a specific purpose or application for this in mind.

    Thanks for the reply, jdc2000

I want the email to be received with archived emails as separate individual attachments. I have a request to make of the recipient, and I want to send supporting information in the form of archived emails.

I do not want to copy and paste the various emails because I want the effect to be easier to read and would make my point/argument much stronger if they are individual attachments.

I think it could work if I save each email as *.msg files and then attach as such, but it seems like a work around for a process O2K can already handle.

I want to attch emails like I would any other files.
    What do you think?

Well, my workaround works anyhow. I am appealing a decision and have attached the necessary supporting emails for my argument after saving them as msg files from O2K to a temp folder. Works well and is a very tidy, easy-read presentation.
