This thread reminded me of a program that I need, and was wondering if anyone has ever seen:

Something that would allow one to add "comments" or "reminders" to a file that you download, so that you can better remember why you downloaded it at a later time.

In other words, when I download 1by1.zip, I can add: "That little mp3 player that so-and-so recommended over at the such-and-such forum."

Anybody know of anything like this, or even a tip or technique that they use to accomplish the same thing?
