excel 2000 question . Optimal Numbering?

I use a spread sheet for excel.. and recently moved from excel 97 to excel 2000 and now when i open up an exisiting document in my data base to up grade a spread sheet in excel, the moment it opens and i click on one key i get this message:

the numbering add in must be loaded for optimal numbering and toolbar behavior . please load this add in into your library directory.
what does it mean? where do i do this?

    Hi ttodd,
Go to Tools > Add-ins... and instal the add-in required, you will need the disk you installed excel 2k from. If the add-in you require is not listed or clear, check Mr Excel's board and ask there; it's the best forum on the www for Excel.
