I don't network, so don't need encryption since I have my own feeble method of encryption whenever necessary.
For the past month or so, the computer was lagging a little, and couldn't put my finger on what was causing it.
I found out during a recent reboot when ChkDisk decided to remove IPsec. I just happened to notice the screen as ChkDisk was finishing up deleting several of these files.
Now the computer runs at normal pace again, and I'm a happy camper!
Thanky ChkDisk. Feel free to remove whatever causes my computer to slow down, whenever you want to!
Maybe shouldn'ta even been there in the first place...
