Whenever I press the standby button on my keyboard the computer acts properly but 10 seconds later the hard drive turns right back on by itself.
I have a Sony Vaio Pentium 4, 3.0 GHz desktop pc about 1 year old. (My computer is also infected with a spyware program called "Winfixer 2005" which I also asked help about in that thread.

i have the same issuing problem....i was told by people that i might need to update my bio version, some says i need to reinstall my os. i'm not sure what causes the problem. and i do not want to reinstall my os right now....if you have a remedy, pls spill it. peace.
