    File sbp2port.sys

    Error message: The file sbp2port.sys is corrupted. Press any key to continued" during XP installation. Can't find what's wrong. Need help

    If you have some sort of mass storage device connected to the pc - disconnect it.
    If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.

    I had 2 HDD. Old 40GB and new 80GB. I disconnected both HDDs, and attached new 40GB WD. Now there's another message

    INF file txtsetup.sif is corrupted or missing. Status 32768

    Are you using a standard CD or is it a copy or slipstreamed version?

    Might try blowing the dust out of the cd drive and or clean the cd.
