MS WinXP Media Center Edition
Is the Win XP Media Center Edition the same as Win XP pro?
The reason for my asking: Would like to upgade to Win XP pro x 64bits.
I already ordered a CD of Win XP pro x 64bits from Microsoft.

I don't understand the reason for this,

as MCE is different to 64bit edition.

Yes, as Liam said, MCE is a different version of Windows to Pro 64-bit. If you really want MCE then you'll have to but it separately:
