Just been given a dinosaur to fix, can't find support for this heap of crap anywhere on the net!

Did you contact your local Antrhopologist to see is they can identify any of the remains?

May want to state complete model.

Double check the Gateway website with the serial number.

Even the serial# didn't appear on Gateway's database. As I said, heap of sh*t.

I used to work for Gateway.
As a Computer business they are pretty much history
But, the Gateway website is pretty good.
At least the last time I looked at it.
If you can id the components they you can typically find the drivers for what devices you need
Dont give up on it yet!

I don't care about support, I wouldn't mind opening the ******* thing to replace the IDE-HDD, as it stands, this client already owes me about 400 bucks in labour!

It's using the old Intel BP810 mainboard!!! AND I have the drivers for them, don't laugh now - barbie.zip!!! Yes, remember those Barbie PC's!!! Same mainboards as those things!
