    Question System Restore no work...

    System restore will not work no matter what date I pick to restore from.

    Windows XP Pro service pack 2, AMD ATHLON XP 2400+ 2.0 GHz, 512 MB of Ram...

    System restore is running my problem is I can not restore from any point

    Go to the Control Panel>System>System Restore tab, and turn off System Restore altogether (you'll lose all your restor poinst unfortunately). Then reboot the PC and turn Sys Restore back on again. That often cures the problem.
