Well need to have 4 Wireless PCI Cards. On the router (check the manual for default log in and IP) you need to set your wireless conecction up, like your SSID, Security, etc etc. There you can set all the network's properties, just go through each option, configuring each one as you like.
Then on each of the 4 PC's, Right Click on the wireless connection icon and click 'View Wireless Networks'. You should see your's there, just hit connect, and enter any security info.
Job done.

OK, connect to cat 5 from your modem to your WAN Port on the router, and connect a cat5 from your server nic to any LAN port.
Once you find out your router's default IP address, just configure your server nic to sit on the same network, i.e if your router is 192.168.1.1 on the default class C subnet of 255.255.255.0, then set your server nic to 192.168.1.x / 255.255.255.0 where x can be any number between 2 and 254.
Then open up a browser, and type http://192.168.1.1 and hit go. Enter your credentials and you should be good to go.

Yes, you can. You can switch between a wireless and a wired connection. If any of the computers have a wired network card, you can use the LAN ports on the back of the router. I recommend that you at least have one wired computer anyway especially if you have to troubleshoot wireless connections.
