    Debug Assertion Failed

    Ok I didn't know whether this was a game problem or a mouse problem, so I figured I'd start here and hope you move me if Im wrong.
    Ok So my problem is: When I start up the game Battlefield 2, I get the following pop up and the game fails to load:

    I have no clue what to make of this error, I have had many suggestions but all have failed to solve my BF2 problem. Please Help Me.

    The error points to you mouse. Input would be a device such as your mouse, have you tried updating mouse drivers? Or trying a different mouse/input device?
