Mysterious File
I found this file called "WebCleaner.dll" on the root of my C drive. It appears to have something to do with the Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool. But I have two computers and it does not exist on my other computer running the same OS. It also does not exist on computers owned by various friends. I have never installed any kind of cleaner program.
Anyone have any idea what this file is all about and whether it is safe to remove it?
Thanks.

I've used the same tool, and don't have that file in my root directory, but other references I see online point to the M$ Malicious Software Removal Tool when referencing this file. I'm doing a system-wide search on my PC right now...
Don't find it anywhere on my system, sorry can't be more informative...
Various Windows and Linux platforms...

Thanks shiva 42.
I also did a search on my other computer and that file doesn't exist. It's very strange that this file exists on some computers and not on others. It is doubly strange that it would appear as a root file.
