error when powering up and when starting browser
I am getting two errors. One when I boot up and one when I start Internet Explorer. I accidentally shut the power on my pc. When I booted back up the pc prepared to go into Safe Mode. I did not want to go into Safe Mode so I just selected normal startup. Ever since I started doing that I started getting alot of these errors. I can still use the pc with the bootup error and if I open and close Internet Explorer several times it will work too. Can I fix this without reinstalling Win98? I dont have a Win98 CD.

The cspman.dll file may have been corrupted during the bad shutdown.
Here's a replacement for it:
