Sound Forge Help
I downloaded the free trial of SOund Forge 8, but can't seem to get it to record an online stream, i click record at the top left hand corner, then another box appears, and i again press record, i get a light that says recording flashes, i then stop and save as an mp3, but when i play it back i have no sound.
Anyone have any ideas

I wasn't aware that it was capable of recording streaming audio. I have used SF 7 and it could only capture data that entered through the sound card or was imported as an already existing file on the computer.
Here's some that do.. http://radio.about.com/library/blstreamingchart.htm
"total recorder" is one of the better ones. You should also be sure that none of the programs you record are copyrighted.

Can you see the waveform on the screen? Did it record data?
