Smile Media won't Play Business on Warp Radio

I use to be able to listen to business radio on Windows Media. I have version 7.1 installed and it will load the Warp Radio web site, you then click on the button to listen to radio, the message windows shows the following:

Waiting, then changes to starting then it just sets there as though it hangs.
Another window says that it is loading audio and I know it should be shortly saying buffering after starting message but I can wait 30 minutes and it still says starting.
    What could be the problem.
    Running windows 98se.

    Some possibilities...

    Server is down,

    Firewall blocking the stream,

    Browser settings have been changed...

Post a link to the station so we can try it and see if it works for us.
Often these types of problems originate at the source.

Try this link and when you get to the site click on the button to listen.

See if this link works.. it bypasses the embeded media player in your browser and launches windows media player directly.

Did that link launch the player? did you get the same message as before?

two things to try... in tools>internet options>security>trusted sites put warpradio.com in the trused sites list... that will loosen any active content restrictions and eliminate the possiblity that that's the reason it's not playing.

Temporarily bypass your firewall and try to connect.
