    Hey just noticed this thread.

    Thanx one and all especially Jenae for starting the thread.

    As far as the welcoming, I just went throught a few pages of our new members in the last week and checked to see who had not been welcomed already and thanked them for joining.

    Hopefully it might encourage them to stay and participate.
