Dialup Networking Not Saving Password
I am starting work on a PC which is having issues saving the password for a dialup networking setup. What would cause this issue and how can it be corrected?
The computer is using Windows XP Home.
Thanks for your responses in advance,
Jody Wood

What do you mean by 'issues'? Do you mean its not saving the passwords at all, or just sometimes, etc?
Have you manually turned off any services, for example following Black Viper's suggestion?

I have not actually reviewed the PC yet myself - preparing some in advance. I am told that it either is not saving the password or that it is not allowing the password to be saved because the check box is disabled.
Thanks,
Jody

shot in the dark but do you know if the user is operating on some sort of Limited account?

I doubt it is setup as a limited account. I would assume the account is setup with admin rights, as is generally the default.
