hmmm
--Is this happening some of the time or all of the time?
If some of the time, it may be that the website host is overloaded and cannot accomodate all the traffic.
Lots of references here, but they may not be specific to that website.

Thank you for your reply Welshjim.
It happened first time tonight...twice. I'll read your link, I might be able to understand why.
Thank you again.

hmmm--It may not be as simple as I first thought.
More references from Google on the second part of that error message

P.S. Is this happening only at the one site? You could ask the webmaster for help, especially if no one else with direct experience chimes in. The one reference I read suggests the problem is with the website and not your PC.

Hi, yes I believe Jim is correct the problem is not on your end. SQL (structed query language) indicates that the site probably has a backend to a database that is dynamic. Sometimes this can be structured in such a way as to make it unreadable... for eg:- using excel as a database and forgetting to delete empty cells will cause this sort of problem. Email the site's webmaster.

Thank you for your replies. Webmaster emailed me back this morning and told me that they have had few problems.

PHP is a server side application, so anytime you see a PHP error, it will be on the server, and not your machine.
