Avant Browser
I've been trying Avant Browser for a few days and it seems to be as good as FF or Mozilla, the only problem I'm having is that I can not get on any of the financial sites, like my bank or similar. Checked all security settings (on IE) they all seem to be default. IE seems to have the same problems. All is fine with FF or Mozilla.
Any help is appreciated.

If you're using IE6 with XP and SP2 loaded, try adding the sites in question to your list of trusted sites

Hi,
Were you able to get into these sites before you downloaded the Avant Browser?....if so, I would restore my registry to 'before' this happened......
You need to post what versions of windows and IE that you use......as it makes it easier for folks to help....

I've been using Firefox before Avant and never had a problem. I know that Avant is based on IE (I have IE 6 and Win 20000) and that’s why I checked IE6 for those websites. Also added those sites to “trusted sites” and still no luck. I think that I'll stay with FF.
Thanks for your help.
