    clipart in Office XP disappears

    Hello

I am working on a program for a local festival in Word. I have used clipart from word as well as some images from the net (gifs).
Last year I did one that was 55 pages and 350 odd kbs in size.
this one is 39 pages and 400 kbs. But today when I went to open it, it was just over 3megs and there were boxes where the clipart and gifs were plus the following errors

"the dimensions after cropping are too small or too large"

    and

"there is not enough memory or disk space to display or print the picture"

I have found little on the net to address this problem. I have deleted the normal.dot but that did nothing.
I am assuming it has something to do with the gifs from the net I have used and/or possibly resizing the clipart.
has this happened to anyone else here? Does anyone have any ideas? thanks

    Brent
