Themes in Firefox are Gone
Hello,
I tried the Firefox forums and get no response. I was downloading and installing some themes for Firefox and all was going well. But now, when I open up themes, the screen is blank exept for uninstall, update and use theme. None of my themes show up. I get the same results in extensions. Can someone help me with this? Firefox forums never responds to any of my posts and you always take care of me.
Thanks, John

Did you happen to backup your profile folder? If not, you'll have to start over again with the themes and extensions. I usually copy the profile to another folder before I do something so I can copy it back if something goes wrong.
Good luck, Chuck.

Download MozBackup, although it is no longer being developed its still a great utility for backing up your Mozilla, Firefox and Thunderbird profiles.

I would just like to add; you might need to change your setting to allow web sites to install software. How you do that is; go to tool>options>web features and put a tick on "allow web sites to install software" After you're done getting your themes remove the tick.

Also, if you happen to be using TBE, you can get some really strange things happening with extensions and themes.
