    Oh brother!

    If only all the ISPs' would care a bit more and reduce the amount of spam sent from an ADSL connection, this whole situation could be avoided. I do realise that it is a difficult thing to do.
    Anyone wanting to to send a large amount of emails (which is not spam) should have to get a special license or permission.
