    Weird error message

    What's going on?

While using the internet, and internet explorer I got the following message and I did not find Program Manager running in the task bar.

    Server Busy (Title)
This action cannot be completed because the Program Manager program is busy. Click the appropriate button on the task bar to activate the program and correct the problem.

Clicking retry the message is repeated.
Cancel is greyed out. The X in the upper right corner of the dialog box does not close the box. Had to reboot.

not all programs that are running will provide a icon for you to click on in the taskbar. You will need to see it that program is running by doing a ctrl+alt+del for a list of programs. Find that one and click end task.

If I recall correctly I did the CTRL+ALT+DEL and it wasn't listed as a task in the list. Either that or I was frozen out and nothing appeared onscreen after pressing CTRL +ALT +DEL.
