Veritas
Trying to install InCD on my Toshiba laptop get message:
"Veritas-Drive letter Access was detected on your system. Uninstall....
What is Veritas...

Go to Control Panel--> Add/Remove programs and remove software called Sonic (or Veritas) Drive Letter Access or RecordNow (assuming that you don't want to keep them... in which you'll need to decide if you'd rather use inCD or not.)
Basically the problem is that the software does the same thing as InCD and you can't have two of them trying to do the same thing.
Note... personally I'd stay away from InCD. Just use XP's built-in features or Nero to burn CDs when you need to, unless you absolutely need to have the ability to treat a CD as if its a floppy drive (i.e. drag and drop files onto the disc.) On the other hand, I haven't used InCD in a few years and maybe they've improved the product to keep it from crashing so much and screwing things up. OK I"m done now...
