Setting Winamp As Default MP3 Player

After upgrading Windows, the Windows Media Player Version 9 now becomes my default player. I would prefer to use Winamp Version 2 as default, just like before.

Can anyone tell me how I can change it back ?

    Thanks,
    Newbie

I know you can do it within the program, but there is another way.

Go to the Control Panel>Folder Options>File Type

Look in the list for .mp3, and then associate Winamp with them.

WMPlayer9>tools menu>options>file tab. Take the checks out of what you don't want it associating with...
    Stupid question? No such thing!
