well to start with, you should have a boot disk on hand ., you may have to reninstall O/S from software disc..
what is the O/S ??
Windows 10 Home 64 Intel® Core™ i5-8265U (1.6 GHz base frequency, up to 3.9 GHz, 6 MB cache, 4 cores)
17.3" diagonal HD+ SVA BrightView WLED-backlit (1600 x 900) 256 GB - 5400 rpm SATA
Windows 10 //21H1 (OS Build 19044..2251) 64bit //Google Chrome 118.0.5993.89 (Official Build) (64-bit)/ 16GB Memory/ AMD Radeon HD 7700 series Video Card//N68C-GS FX2.00 gigahertz AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core /[/B]

You can try and reboot from CD but if it fails, then use boot up disk,, it will then assign your CDrom player to a letter drive such as E: or F:,, then type in after that : " win98/setup.exe" ( without quotes).
Bios? if it has't been changed , leave it.., if it has been changed,, then during inital reboot press F1 or control key .., then find area of bios to fix/adjust, if not sure, ,there is a default setting there, use that.

Hi... something else to consider...
I did a search for that error and came up with a number of hits.. this one seems to be the most authoratative but almost all point to the bios as the source of the problem..
http://support.octek.com.au/FAQ/faq_0007.htm
Most of the responses on this error like this one recommend flashing the bios to sort out the error. Not a straight forward procedure. Wait for some more ideas for sure but if you need to flash the bios I'd strongly suggest getting some on site assistance from someone who's done it before if you haven't or are unfamiliar with the procedure. A mistake can mean having to buy new hardware.

And the first thing I do with a computer is to change the BIOS{CMOS} bTTERY AND SEE IF THAT FIXES IT.
