    Outlook Express6 will not open?

    After reading my mails have come off line and after a while for no apparent reason my PC crashed.
    When I click on OE6 it does not open and it gives me a message "MSOERES.DLL can not be found".
    How may I repair this error please?
    I have SP2 and AVG7 installed.

    Thank you for your reply Deltree.
    I have run first "automaticaly fix file system errors" then I have also run "sfc /scannow" and finally fixed the problem.
    I have no idea how it started in the first place.
