Firefox Personal Toolbar Folder

How do you restore (display) the Firefox Personal Toolbar Folder? Several times it disappears and the only way I can restore it is by restoring the backed up profile. Why does it disappear, is it a bug?
Any help is appreciated.

Neither, it was the third toolbar from the top. See attached JPG.
I guess the attachment did not attach, how do you attach a JPG?

MaFia JaK, no it is not, probably should be. It shows the Navigation and Bookmarks toolbars only.

If you are referring to the bottom toolbar in that pic, that is the bookmarks toolbar.

Make sure it is checked when in View > Toolbars

The bottom toolbar is the one I am referring to, all toolbars are checked in "View". The Personal Toolbar is not in "View".

Go View > Toolbars and uncheck Bookmarks Toolbar

Tell me if that last tool bar disappears.

If so recheck it.

At this stage I'm still trying to determine the personal toolbar you are referring to is actual the Bookmarks Toolbar

If I uncheck the "Bookmarks Toolbar", the bookmarks will disappear and will reappear after checking it. The problem is, that at times the bookmarks will disappear, even if the Bookmarks Toolbar is checked.
Actually, they will shift all the way to the left and a double arrow shows up. If I click on this arrow, the bookmarks will cascade down.
All this will correct itself, after restoring the saved profile.
