    The 2004 Home Computer

    LOL..are we there yet??Thought you guys would get a kick out of this one.I wonder if the steering wheel is for cruising the World Wide Web?? Just imagine having to repair these,you would need a huge warehouse.Can't imagine the size of a laptop.

    No wonder it looks like something from a Dr Who set.

    Maybe they found that original RAND computer room and put it in the Smithsonean

    Thanks for that Rapmaster. Another case of reality being manipulated,there seems to be quite a lot of that taking place lately. Still...it is probably not too far off from what people thought back then.

    Yes I've seen that picture a number of times before. My dad, who is/was an electrician, can recall having to monitor the air temperature in such rooms to ensure that the "computer machine" did not over heat. Today's supermarket cold rooms are quite Mild in comparison.
