ashah98--Well, those are not really error messages. They are the standard message you get when you are downloading a file from the internet. (WindowsXP goes a little overboard in the "warning".) In other words you do not see any description of what the file does (you presumably already have that information), but rather it is like you had clicked the "Download Now" button on a site. Here is an example http://home.ptd.net/~don5408/apps/deltemp/deltemp.exe
Does that seem right?
Are you trying to download a file or just reach a website?
However, it is a little strange that www.download.com for example, all by itself, would lead directly to a download offer for a file. Are you sure there is not anymore to the URL than www.download.com ? For example, look at the URL I gave above. You can see that it is for a file called deltemp.exe. There is a lot more to the URL after "http://home.ptd.net" .
I am still facing the same problem for websites www.download.com & www.msfn.org, I am not trying to download a file, I am just trying to open a website, the problem is that when I always try to open a website, Its show me to “save” the file when I click on save then file save on my pc but nothing happened and website still not opened. I have also attached a screen print of error message, kindly see that image & help me accordingly.

ashah98--Is this happening when you try to reach any site or just those two?
How are you trying to access those sites? Clicking a link, typing the URL into the Address bar, from Favorites, etc.?
A simple test that may tell us something. If you are using a link, right click on it, then Properties. What do you see in the Address line ?
Have you scanned with a spyware detector?

ashah98--What you say sems to make it clear that the problem is with IE.
Did you try what I suggested earlier?
"A simple test that may tell us something. If you are using a link, right click on it, then Properties. What do you see in the Address line ?"
If you want to continue to use IE, you could try to repair IE http://help.att.net/docs/howto/other...&platform=none
Do you use Windows Update? You could see if there are any Critical updates. That might help.
I am assuming you use IE6. If not then you should definitely update to that.
And if this is a problem that only started recently, then you could consider a System Restore.

frebo--Does your suggestion mean that you had both MSJava (Virtual Machine) and Sun Java checked? In other words that you had both running?
