downloader.VB.R
i was browsing the web and i got a prompt to download default.exe i said cancel and then i got an AVG saying Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\w2jozmeg.default\Cache\484DDDCAd01 is downloader.VB.R but it couldnt move it or delete it. i moved it to the virus vault manually. what can i do to get rid of it? thanx in advance

MJ: Have you tried clearing out the FF cache? Should be under Tools, Privacy Tab (at least it is on FF v.9.3) I read of someone else reporting about this nasty at another forum. It's definitely in circulation...

ok i booted into safe mode and shredded the file using Advanced file shredder. u cant delete it in normal mode because it is "in use" what is this nasty? it is apparently running and doing something

Here is the other post I'm talking about. The thread starter seems to have come through the default.exe encounter ok on his machine.
Before yesterday, I don't remember seeing default.exe...
