Do some body have any idea which is the most compressed form to put audio and video files of web
and which software to use
i konw mp3 and ram but i have seen same song of 600 kb and of 6 mb also in mp3 format
so which sotware to use and which is best solution
even u can suggest some good compressing program but i think winzip donot do it well
so any option
please help

Here's a good guide on how to create mp3's. They are pretty much the industry standard for compressed music formats.

They recommend dbpoweramp... so do I.

Winzip is a good compression program but there are others too... I personally prefer winrar but keep in mind that if you are thinking of compressing mp3s then most of them are already so compressed that zipping or rarring them won't usually do much if any more reduction in size. And if you're going to want to stream them from a website then you can't zip them.
