Shouldn't that be equal to the DATE CREATED of the WINDOWS folder in C:\ ?
(see Windows Explorer and select the date created option via right click on the header options)

Date created is in: Right click My Computer, choose Explore, click on C drive, then scroll to Windows, right click Windows folder, and choose properties. The first window will show you created date. see jpg.

Go to the Command Prompt (All Programs>Accessories) and type "systeminfo" without the quotes and it will give you the original date of installation.
Nick.
