    mplayerc.exe

    When try to open video file from Digital camera, error message appears: Windows cannot find mplayerc.exe.
    What is mplayerc.exe

    It's media player Classic. For some reason it's looking for the older version of WMP rather than the default newer version that you would normally see being used assuming you're using Windows XP. Try hiliting the video file, right clicking it while holding the shift key and select "open with" from the options you'll be given... then select Windows media player from the list you'll see.

    If you're using another version of Windows then just select whichever WMPlayer is in the list and it should work ok.
