Problem Sharing Publisher File On Network

Not sure if this is Win XP, Office2000 or a Network problem!
The boss created a new Publisher file, Named it & saved it as a Publisher File in the Shared Documents (Windows XP Pro). This file Can be accessed by other users on the same computer but Cannot be accessed by other computers on the network. Message says the file is being used by another program.
    1. All Computers and the Router have been restarted.
    2. All Computer have up to date Anti-Virus and came up negative
I was able to copy the file to 1 computer (Win XP Home) but cannot copy it to any of the other computers (all Win XP Home) from the original Win XP Pro computer. From the Win XP Home computer containing the file we can access the file from all of the other computers.

    Any Ideas?

See if the networked users can copy the file to their computers and then open it.

I was able to copy the file to 1 computer but not the others from the WinXP Pro computer. I can copy the file from the XP Home machine to the other XP Home machines.

Is the folder shared across the network? And if so, what are the permissions for a normal user. Be defualt, the Everyone profile will be there to Read but not modify.
I am thinking this has something to do with a limitation of Home vs Pro.

    jmwills,
This file is stored in the Shared Documents Folder with no Limitations set. We store all Publisher, Word & Excel Documents that need to be accessed by others in this folder. Its never been a problem with any of the other documents and all of the old documents can still be accessed. Its just this New Publisher file.
