e-mail notification
I haven't been receiving e-mail notifications of updated threads that I have posted to. I can send and receive to/from my hotmail account without issue. Am I the only one who is experiencing a difficulty with this?

Keep an eye on your spam folder at hotmails web site. The guys upstairs are looking into changing the subject line(s) to avoid spam filtering.
Another thing I recently figure out. I have the notification turned OFF by defualt...
I stated a thread and selected email notification. People reply and I get email. I reply to thier reply "without" selecting notification and no more mail...
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.

Calpitor, changing emails won't affect anything else in your profile. I have changed emails three times since joining VDR and so far nothing untowards happened.

Thanks I'll give that a try and see if that brings back the notifications.

We had an issue with a member recently who didn't get his password after he changed his email addy. It eventually turned out that Verizon.net is filtering out machine generated emails, and it's not the only ISP to do so either. If your ISP has started doing this, then the same thing will happen to the email notifications for threads.
The bosses at Jupitermedia are looking into the matter I believe.
Nick.
