    Question Autodownload Error EZ AV 6.1.7

    Getting Autodownload error on both computers...WIN XP and WIN 98.

    Anybody else having problems?

    nope, used it yesterday worked fine. just tried it says it is up to date

    Question Gremlins

    Worked fine this AM on AUP5505. When I booted up the computers tonight after being gone all day they both automatically checked for updates and got error messages; I tried manual autodownload (using autodownload button) and got same error messages.

    The Gremlins are active tonight. Now I get "virus files up to date" on the the XP machine but get Autodownload error (says Autodownload received an invalid response) on the W98 SE machine....

    Think I'll just try again tomorrow....

    My brother is still on 6.1 (I haven't had time to switch him over yet) and he received the download error this morning too. Hopefully CA will get it going soon. The server glitch for 6.2 updates was fixed pretty quick a week or so ago...

    (Forgot to mention he is also Win 98SE.)
