    XP Admin Account

I have bought a brand new desktop PC from PC world. Windows XP home edition, Norton Antivirus 2004. It is for work colleagues to connect to internet in our learning Zone. I set up an Admin account as well as colleagues account.
Problem is that for some reason only administrator account is able to connect to internet. In the connect box all users ticked.
From Colleagues account you can not even open the default connection. May be I have done something wrong when I was setting up the Admin account.
    Few suggestions more than appreciated.
    Thank you.

If you have a proxy server to configure in IE, make sure you've gone through that process for the second account as well as the admin one.
Safe computing is a habit, not a toolkit.

I worked it out...just incase anyone else does the same mistake.
I you use XP's own Guess account and it does not allow you to connect to internet, you need to create a brand new one.
Thank you for the suggestion anyway Tuttle.
