Red face Firefox and online forms

Where in the menu do I go to make Firefox fill out an online form for me? I knew it once, but forgot.

That's the option to have it save the info. How do I actually fill out the form?

Sorry, I'm stumped. Maybe an extension you have that I don't? (Firefox was giving me fits-in my zeal I probably over-tweaked), so I lean more to prior Firebird or Moz 6. But I PM'd someone for help, hopefully you'll get your answer -Kat

Maybe you can try Fox again when 0.9 comes out. It doesn't give me trouble, but I only downloaded a couple extensions.

Yeah, I'll do that, or start out with a clean install someday when I have time. Definately a zippy little browser. I can't get high speed yet, and once I started using Moz/Firebird, I've not gone back to IE, just so bloated and slow!

If I understood you correctly, you want to go into a site, and have Firefox automatically fill in the login and password. If so, when you go into a site for the first time, and fill in the login and password fields, it then asks you if you want to save, never save, or not to save this one time. From then on, it remembers.

    HTH

BTW, I am crazy about Firefox! Ever since I started using it, I got hooked. I have fine tweaked it just the way I like it using the Tabbrowser extensions. Its a fine browser!

Well I mean sites where you fill in name, address, phone #, etc. Mozilla had a thing where you could go to Tools>Forms and it'd put all the info in. Perhaps I'm mixing Firefox and Mozilla up on this point.

If you ever get your settings figured out, then try this. I've been messing with Firefox 0.8 and Mozilla 1.6 and it works like a charm.

Will work for Thunderbird, it claims.
