Question Older PC & USB Connection

I have a new all-in-one printer that I would like to use with my older 75 MHz computer. The printer has USB connection, I would like to know if my computer would support a USB adapter so that I could use the printer.

If it's running Windows 98, or higher, it should work. (Windows 95 OSR2.x does support USB, but not very well).

Id check the printer manual too as the processor may not be fast enough to support it.

I guess thats where 104456 was going with the printer manual.

I have an integrated USB port on my Shuttle HOT-553 Mobo its a P75 - 200mhz that has been running for about 14 years. I have never used it, its Quite old. But Its more or less could be do-able. I would't mind trying to put the theory to the test and finding out what kind of connector I would need in order to have it working. I doubt I could make a new age all in one printer run on the very first beta stage USB ports ever invented to work on the Jump to P200 style systems... Buts its worth a shot.
